I was lead designer in the creation of the new Husqvarna website. The customer brief was, in short:

In a Scrum based approach, we did customer interviews, stakeholder interviews, web surveys and analytics insights. The resulting strategy was a site purpose, to serve as a content hub in the eco-system of owned customer touch points, continuously strengthening the relationship with the customers.
We delivered a strategy document, IA and a design system.
